I have a potential client who has asked me for a solution to a very unique network issue. 7 network devices with the same IP on the same network and can't change IPs Networking.Can anyone suggest the best aproach to set this up? Need to create a IT Top tips for organisation IT & Tech Careers.I tried everything that was causing the issue PCs to crash with no luck. I tried the Excel Spreadsheet in that one, with same signature setup, and it is not crashing. I have tried to repair/re-install Microsoft Office, no luck.ĮDIT 08-19-2019: I hopped on another Dell Precision Tower 5810 that we have in the office, same type of tower having the issue. Has anyone had this issue pop-up before? I have not been able to find anything online on this subject matter. I have noted that sometimes on the affected devices a separate Excel window opens up (Excel itself opens a window, separate from the Outlook window).
This makes me feel like a re-image wont do what is needed, as was the next step in the troubleshooting process for me. I have not been able to duplicate the issue on my HP workstation(Yet at least). All of the PCs that have had the issues are Dell. I have been able to duplicate it on other machines as well. It will restart on its own sometimes, but will have to re-open outlook yourself other times. When you click out of the spreadsheet it causes Outlook to crash. When you create the spreadsheet, it opens up an Excel window in the email you are composing. I have an employee who likes to use the Excel Spreadsheet for a daily email she composes.
